About the role
We are working with a well-established Hertfordshire based housing association to recruit a Business Planning Lead.

The role is responsible for leading the long-term financial business plan and key regulatory returns, providing high-quality modelling, analysis and insight to support strategic decision-making, financial sustainability and compliance.
Key duties: Lead the development, maintenance and delivery of long-term financial business plans, forecasts and regulatory submissions.
Deliver robust financial modelling, stress testing and scenario analysis to support strategic and investment decision-making.
Monitor financial viability, liquidity and covenant compliance, providing clear insight, risk assessment and mitigation recommendations.
Produce high-quality Board and committee reporting, including financial analysis, trends, assumptions and strategic commentary.
Coordinate cross-functional input from finance, treasury and operational teams to ensure accurate, consistent and timely forecasting. xwzovoh
Support cashflow management, treasury reporting and wider financial planning activities, including budgeting and reforecasting.
Essential requirements: CCAB qualified accountant Experience within the social housing sector Proven experience in developing and maintaining long-term business plans Experience using ABOVO and/or BRIXX business plan models Role information: Salary: £69,000
