Description
Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the team.
Managing schedules, including diary management and meeting coordination.
Handling correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
Preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintaining and updating client records and internal systems.
Supporting the team with filing, scanning, and other office duties.
Ensuring the smooth running of daily administrative tasks.
Providing ad-hoc support as required by the department.Profile
A successful Temporary Secretary should have:
Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role within the professional services industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
