Kingston Barnes are recruiting for a Shift Maintenance Manager to join our client in the North Somerset area. Working for a family owned organisation that produce over 150 products nationwide across our supermarkets, this is a well respected and reputable manufaturing company at the heart of North Somerset. An opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Manager or Supervisor to join the team and manage one of the engineering teams on shift. **Responsibilities** * Advocate and influence the commitment to people and safety through the development and enforcement of working practices in line with legislative, company and working procedures. * Manage the development and implementation of tools, techniques and technologies employed to deliver reliability focused asset care for out kit and equipment. * Coach and mentor others and be proactive in the delivery of the highest standard of asset care through the application of best practice, developed knowledge and technical expertise. * Coach others to effectively develop skills and knowledge of new processes and technologies to support sustainable asset performance. **Requirements** * Engineering management experience is essential * FMCG experience is essential * Electrical bias is essential (Ideally Automation & Control) **Hours** * Four on four off, 2 days 2 nights **Benefits** * Competitive holiday allowance * Non-contributory pension scheme * Life cover * Healthcare cash back plan * Cycle to work scheme * Subsidised Yeo Valley products and services * Preferential rates with our partners If you would like to find out more about this fantastic opportunity then please get in touch!
