About the Role: As Members Dining Room Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the clubs dining operation, leading a professional front of house team and ensuring exceptional service standards at all times.
This is a very hands-on, floor-led role within a traditional club setting, ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships with members and delivering a refined, personal style of service.
Youll work closely with the kitchen and senior management team across staffing, training, service standards, and the overall member experience, whilst also ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
The role is predominantly Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend flexibility when required.
About You: Currently working as a Restaurant Manager, Dining Room Manager or strong Assistant Manager
Background within luxury hotels, private members clubs or fine dining restaurants
Strong silver service experience
Polished, personable and highly organised
Hands-on leader who enjoys being present on the floor
Confident managing teams and maintaining high standards
Passionate about classic hospitality and xwzovoh guest experience
