SEN Teacher - Specialist SEN School

Salary: MPS1 - MPS6 + SEN Allowance

The school supports students aged 11-16 with a wide range of additional and complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and other neurological conditions. With a strong focus on personalised learning, therapeutic support, and preparation for adulthood, the school provides a structured and nurturing environment where every student can thrive.
The Role
As a SEN Teacher, you will deliver engaging, highly differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs, supporting both academic progress and the development of independence and life skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver personalised learning for KS3-KS5 students
* Support learners with ASC, PMLD, and complex needs
* Work cohesively with Teaching Assistants and therapists
* Create a structured, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
* Monitor progress and contribute to EHCP targets
