You’ll ensure all materials are structured, engaging, and aligned to Ofsted requirements, awarding body standards, and employer expectations. Key Responsibilities: * Develop curriculum content for employability and skills training programmes * Create schemes of work, lesson plans, and learner resources * Align content with Ofsted Education Inspection Framework (EIF) and quality standards * Ensure compliance with AEB funding requirements and awarding organisations * Collaborate with delivery teams, IQAs, and quality leads * Review and enhance existing learning materials for engagement and effectiveness * Embed employability skills, progression pathways, and job readiness into content * Design learner-focused materials that support retention, achievement, and progression Ideal Candidate You’ll be an experienced Curriculum Developer / Instructional Designer with a strong background in the Further Education (FE), Employability, or Adult Skills sector.
