Salary: £13.60 per hour
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am 4:00pm
Quest Employment is currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a growing warehouse team in Northampton.
This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced logistics environment and are looking for long-term opportunities with ongoing development and training.
The Role As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring products are handled safely, orders are prepared accurately, and all warehouse duties are completed efficiently.
Reach Truck and Counterbalance experience would be advantageous; however, full training and licences can be provided after successfully completing 12 weeks with the business.
Key Responsibilities Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
Picking and packing products accurately
Moving stock throughout the warehouse
Preparing customer orders for dispatch
Carrying out general warehouse duties
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following all Health & Safety procedures
Requirements Previous warehouse experience within a fast-paced logistics environment
Good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and strong work xwzovoh ethic
Ability to complete manual handling duties
Reach Truck or Counterbalance experience is beneficial but not essential
