Product Manager - Cambridgeshire - Hybrid (3 days on site) - up to £65k I'm looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of a growing portfolio of digital inkjet products and services, driving innovation across global markets. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead products from concept through to launch and beyond, ensuring they meet evolving customer needs while delivering strong commercial performance. You’ll be joining a business where product innovation is central to growth, with the opportunity to shape strategy, influence roadmaps, and deliver cutting-edge solutions in a competitive and fast-moving market. Key Responsibilities: Own the full product lifecycle from concept, development, and launch through to optimisation and end-of-life Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and lifecycle management activities Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy Define and communicate product requirements and specifications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product delivery with business goals Monitor product performance, margins, and market trends to drive continuous improvement Support pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulationsWhat We’re Looking For: 5+ years’ experience in Product Management Background in digital printing / inkjet technology or a related technical industry Proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle ownership Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in a technical environmentQualifications: Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline MBA or equivalent is advantageousSkills & Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Commercially minded with a focus on delivering value and growth Confident communicator, able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders Collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional environments Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities Customer-focused with a passion for innovation
