What will you be doing? * Building strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients * Conduct property inspections to assess condition, compliance, and value * Identify structural defects and provide clear, reasoned professional opinions on property suitability * Manage and oversee building projects, ensuring construction quality and best practice * Administer building contracts, including certification of practical completion * Advise clients on building maintenance, repairs, and improvement strategies What do you need to succeed? * Previous experience in Business Rates (desirable, but not essential) * Ideally 2–3 years’ PQE Background in the property sector, preferably private practice, with strong commercial awareness * Scotland-based (or able to commute easily within Scotland) * Excellent client relationship and communication skills (written and verbal) Strong organisation, planning, and problem-solving abilities * A proactive, results-driven mindset Full UK driving licence
