The work is varied, hands-on and technically interesting, giving you the opportunity to work across bespoke projects rather than repetitive batch manufacturing. You’ll collaborate closely with the engineering team and occasionally attend customer sites, giving you wider exposure to projects from build stage through to completion. TIG and MIG welding. Supporting machinery refurbishment projects. Assisting with structural steel fabrication. Operating a forklift within the workshop environment. Assisting with wider workshop activities where required. At least 2 years’ experience in a fabrication or welding role. TIG and MIG welding experience. High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work. Good understanding of workshop health and safety practices.
