Stock Control Operative / Reach truck driver Harpole (NN7) Location: Harpole, Northamptonshire (NN7) Salary: £13.69 per hour Hours: 8:00am 4:00pm Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Quest Employment is currently recruiting for PI / Stock Control Operatives with Reach Truck license to join a growing, fast-paced distribution centre in Harpole (NN7).

This role involves working across stock control processes, conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Some manual handling and use of MHE will also be required (training provided).

Key Responsibilities: Conducting regular cycle counts and inventory checks Investigating stock discrepancies and updating records Maintaining accurate stock levels across all warehouse locations Working with handheld scanners and warehouse management systems Supporting with palletising, stock movement, and MHE operations as required Collaborating with dispatch, goods-in, and other warehouse teams Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks Safe use of Reach Truck What Were Looking For: Previous experience in stock control, PI, or inventory management Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach Good communicator with a team-first mindset Reliable, proactive, and confident working with data and numbers MHE experience (Reach ) What We Offer: Competitive pay rates: £13.69 Full training, Long-term opportunities with temp-to-perm contracts available after 12 weeks A welcoming, supportive team environment Development and progression opportunities within the depot Weekly pay and free onsite parking This is a great opportunity to build a career in stock control within a professional and positive workplace. xwzovoh
