Year 4 Primary Teacher Opportunity
Location: Gerrards Cross
Start Date: September
Contract: Full-time
Salary: £34,398 – £52,490 per year (dependent on experience)
Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher ready to make a meaningful impact during a key stage of primary education? We are seeking a committed, child-centred teacher to join a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Gerrards Cross this September.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils as they develop confidence, independence, and secure foundations in Key Stage 2, helping them thrive both academically and personally.
About the Role
As a Year 4 Primary Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum
Create an inclusive, supportive, and stimulating classroom where every child feels valued
Use adaptive teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners
Promote positive behaviour and high expectations for learning and conduct
Assess pupil progress effectively and use data to inform planning
You will work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a broad, balanced, and creative curriculum that encourages curiosity, resilience, and a love of learning.
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
A reflective and enthusiastic primary practitioner
Confident teaching Year 4 or upper KS2 curriculum content
Skilled in differentiation and supporting mixed-ability classes
Strong in behaviour management and classroom organisation
Committed to pupil progress, wellbeing, and safeguarding
An excellent communicator who builds positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
Keen to engage in professional development and contribute to whole-school improvement
