Senior Product Designer (Travel)

Position: Sr Product designer with Sports and betting experience. Contract Duration: 6 Months with possible extension Work Model: Remote We currently have a new opportunity for a Senior Product Designer with Sports and Betting experience. As a Senior Product Designer within the Sports pillar, you'll design reliable, seamless, and engaging experiences across core Sports Betting journeys Provide design leadership and mentorship within a cross-functional UX team Collaborate across squads to ensure delivery aligns with pillar UX strategy Create on-brand designs rooted in player insights, data, and usability best practices Drive user research and usability testing to optimize player engagement Leverage analytics, competitive analysis, and industry trends to inform decisions Ensure consistency through adherence to the design system and brand guidelines Promote design thinking and a creative problem-solving culture User-centred & iterative design processes Interaction design & information architecture Visual design (typography, colour, layout, form) Accessibility & inclusive design Usability testing (moderated, unmoderated, remote) Data-informed design decisions Clear presentation & communication of design rationale Strong cross-functional collaboration (engineering, product, content) Agility — Adapts quickly while managing risk Drives performance — Continually raises the bar
