About the Role

As a Senior Internal Recruiter, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business areas. You’ll partner closely with leadership, shape hiring strategy, and ensure we continue attracting top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various functions
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
• Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience from first contact to offer
• Use data and insights to optimise hiring processes
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in internal recruitment or talent acquisition (agency background a plus)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Experience with sourcing tools and modern recruitment methods
