About the role
Do you have experience in a Customer Service role in a Logistics or Transport environment?
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join an established Customer Service team in Birmingham with a view to helping the department grow.
The role involves:-
* Customer interaction
* Providing solutions and problem solving
* Keeping customer records up to date
* Helping to put processes in place
* Drive the department forward
* Look after a couple of large accounts
* Opportunity to visit customers in the future
You will have previous Customer Service experience working in Transport or Logistics, maybe working at a senior level before or looking to develop into a senior role.
Excellent team working and organisational skills are required.
