We are looking for an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Regional Treatment Centre teams and support our growing services.
The Role This is a key clinical leadership role where you will lead and support multidisciplinary teams, champion patient safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites.
As a Nurse Manager you will lead and motivate clinical teams, ensure high standards of clinical care and governance, support service development, and foster a culture of collaboration and learning across multiple sites.
You will be primarily based at our modern Marston Green centre, with travel across Merry Hill, Stafford, and Tamworth required.
Occasional Saturday working may be needed to cover absence or annual leave.
What Were Looking For as a Nurse Manager Were seeking a confident and inspiring clinical leader with strong leadership experience, a passion for patient-centred care, excellent communication skills, and experience working within clinical governance and quality frameworks.
Flexibility in the Nurse Manager role to work across multiple locations is essential.
