This role will be within our

Developer services team.

Our developer services team connects water and wastewater services, installs lateral drains, and enables new developments access to vital water and wastewater services.

What will you be doing?

You'll provide essential day-to-day leadership to field supervision teams, ensuring our Repair & Maintenance and Metering operations consistently deliver compliance, safety, and customer service excellence. You'll monitor daily performance and resource deployment, drive operational improvements, and ensure all activities comply with company, client, and statutory standards.

You'll champion a positive safety culture, proactively manage risk, especially around HV and excavation works and lead audits, investigations, and compliance reporting. Through hands-on support and coaching, you'll help teams maintain high standards and operational integrity, making sure we're safe, efficient, and always focused on our customers and clients.

What you’ll bring

Have you led teams in utilities, water, civils, or infrastructure operations, driving compliance and operational excellence?

Can you demonstrate robust knowledge of excavation safety, utility avoidance, and CAT & Genny requirements?

Do you excel at monitoring reports, managing corrective actions, and promoting high standards?

Are you confident with Microsoft Office and communicating effectively with teams?

Holding NRSWA, IOSH, or utility-specific training is highly desirable.
