Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible hours
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a temporary but ongoing basis in Central London. This is a great opportunity for a motivated chef looking for consistent weekday work with flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with kitchen standards
Take responsibility for a designated section and ensure smooth service
Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control
Assist with menu development and daily specials where required
Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health, and safety regulations
Support stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
Work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure efficient service
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
Solid understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong xwzovoh organisational and time management skills
Good attention to detail and a passion for quality food
Food hygiene certification (Level 2 or above preferred)
