JWR is excited to be working with a luxury riverside boutique hotel in the Oxfordshire area, looking for an ambitious Head Chef to lead and evolve the hotel's culinary offering.
As Head Chef, you will bring individual style and flair across all menus including breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, creating modern, well-balanced, vibrant dishes using the best local and seasonal produce available. xwzovoh
You will work closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team and will be responsible for the overall operational excellence of the kitchen, ensuring that food quality, consistency and standards are delivered to the highest level at all times.
