SALARY:Circa£40kplus18%shiftallowance

ThisroleisMondaytoThursdayfrom2.00pmuntilmidnight.
Itisessentialthatyouhave IOSHMANAGINGSAFELY and C LEANDBSANDTRACEABLEWORKHISTORY .
Youwillbeanexperiencedmanufacturingshiftmanagerwhoisaproactiveleader. Youwillbedevelopingateamof15colleaguesontheirbusyeveningshift.
Myclientislookingforaconfident,people-focusedleader withstrongoperationalcapabilityandacontinuousimprovementmindset.
ReportingtotheOperationsManager,youwillberesponsiblefordrivingperformance; maintaininghighsafetyandqualitystandards; supportingcontinuousimprovement; andleadingtheteamthroughoperationalandculturalchange.
Ideallyyouwillhaveexperienceofworkingwithinapack-assemblymanufacturingenvironment.
KeyResponsibilities
Lead,motivate,anddevelopateamof15productioncolleagues
Overseeallshiftmanufacturingoperationsincludingchemicalblending,filling,assembly, andpacking
Drivecompliancewithhealth&safetystandardsandensuresafeworkingpractices
ApplyLeanandContinuousImprovementtoolstostreamlineworkflowsandboostefficiency
Manageandsupportchangeinitiatives,ensuringclearcommunicationandteamengagement
Conductandoverseeriskassessments,ensuringhazardsareidentifiedandmitigated
Produceclear,accurate,andprofessionalreportsforoperationalleadership
MonitorKPIs,resolveperformanceissues,andsupportroot-causeanalysis
Ensuresmoothcross-shiftcommunicationandseamlesshandovers
Maintainaccuratedocumentation,auditcompliance,andshiftrecords
