SEO Specialist

This role will suit a commercially minded SEO professional with proven hands-on experience, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving organic growth across major retail brands, working closely with digital marketing teams to optimise performance and maximise visibility.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a salary of c£33,000 per annum, with a hybrid working model (4 days in the office, 1 day from home), alongside an extensive benefits and perks package.
Skills & Experience Proven experience in an SEO-focused role, either in-house or agency side
Good understanding of keyword research, SEO strategy, and ongoing optimisation techniques
Experience conducting technical SEO audits and resolving performance issues
Ability to analyse data and confidently present insights to stakeholders
Experience using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Botify, or similar
Roles & Responsibilities Support the day-to-day management and optimisation of the SEO channel
Make and implement data-driven recommendations to improve SEO performance and keyword rankings
Analyse and enhance website architecture, internal linking, and on-page content to improve organic visibility
Collaborate with content teams to optimise category pages, landing pages, blogs, FAQs, and buying guides
Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits, identifying and resolving issues impacting site performance
