Alloy Wheel / Smart Repair Technician Competitive salary package Based in the Stoke on Trent Area Currently recruiting for a great dealership group who are looking to recruit and experienced Alloy Wheel / Smart Repair Technician. Their Alloy Wheel Technicians provide an industry leading alloy wheel repair service with a focus on delivering a great customer experience every time! Duties: Restore both standard and diamond-cut alloy wheels to an exceptional finish using specialist mobile diamond-cut lathe repair equipment. Complete all wheel refurbishment work in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry-leading repair standards. Accurately colour-match alloy wheel finishes to deliver a seamless, factory-quality appearance. Take pride in producing high-quality workmanship while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail on every repair. Build positive relationships with customers by clearly explaining recommended repairs, agreeing work requirements, and obtaining approval for any associated costs before work begins. Support the wider repair team by carrying out SMART repairs when required, helping to deliver a complete vehicle cosmetic repair service. Requirements: Previous experience in alloy wheel refurbishment, including diamond-cut wheel repairs, is essential. Experience using mobile diamond-cut lathe equipment. A strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding quality workmanship. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and confidence with customers. A proactive team player who can work independently while contributing positively to a busy and professional environment. Passionate about vehicle aesthetics and maintaining the highest repair standards.
