Project Manager – Audio Visual Corporate & Private Events Location: London & Surrounding Areas Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 Working Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm Working Pattern: Office & Site Based (Hybrid after probation) We're looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our growing team within the AV and live events industry.

This is a hands-on role managing the full delivery of high-end corporate and private events across London and surrounding areas.

You'll take ownership of projects from initial client brief through to on-site delivery and post-event completion, ensuring every event is executed to the highest standard.

The role requires a strong technical understanding of audio, video and lighting systems, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end delivery of live event projects from brief through to completion Meet with clients to understand requirements, prepare quotations, and present project proposals Oversee projects valued up to £250K while managing multiple live projects at any one time Coordinate and manage both freelance contractors and permanent technical staff Conduct site visits, client meetings, and supervise technical teams during event delivery Maintain project budgets, timelines, logistics, and overall client satisfaction throughout the process Required Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in event project management within the AV/live events industry Strong technical knowledge of audio, video, and lighting systems Experience managing corporate and/or private events xwzovoh from concept to delivery Excellent organisational, communication, and client management skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Full UK driving licence preferred Desired Skills Experience using AutoCAD Knowledge of current rental management software platforms Benefits Hybrid working available after successful completion of probation Private healthcare Dental cover Company sick pay Mileage expenses covered £50 birthday gift Long service rewards How to apply Submit your application or contact Rebecca Barnes-Hudson on the details provided SER-IN
