- 06:00 (Any 5 from 7) Pay rates: £13.50 hourly Essential requirements for Production Operative Nights: No qualifications needed If travelling from outside of Grantham, own transport would be an advantage and must be able to work Nights if applying for this Nights position.

Your role for Production Operative Nights: Monitor production lines to ensure efficient operation and quality standards.

Pack and organize food products according to safety and hygiene regulations.

Assist with the preparation and processing of food items on the night shift.
