DIGITAL CO-ORDINATOR Women's Wellbeing | Birmingham (multi-venue) | £25,500 £27,500 DOE | Full-time Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (required for travel between venues) ABOUT WOMEN'S WELLBEING Women's Wellbeing is a grassroots, women-led charity based in Birmingham.

THE ROLE We are looking for a tech-savvy, enthusiastic and highly organised Digital Co-ordinator to join our small, passionate team.
Working across multiple community venues in Birmingham, you will play a central role in the delivery of our digital training sessions, supporting tutors and learners alike.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining technical support, stakeholder engagement, content creation, and compliance.
You will be a quick learner who enjoys problem-solving and is eager to grow with us.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Facilitating digital training sessions alongside tutors across multiple community venues Setting up and managing IT equipment before and during sessions; providing on-the-day technical troubleshooting Supporting learners of varying digital confidence levels, adapting your approach to individual needs Building and maintaining positive relationships with tutors, venue contacts, volunteers, and community partners Managing your own schedule and coordinating logistics (equipment, materials, room set-up) across multiple venues Overseeing learner paperwork, enrolment forms, ILPs, progress reviews and carrying out compliance checks on learner files Maintaining audit-ready learner records and collating programme data to support monitoring and funder reporting Gathering and writing up learner case studies and testimonials for reports and funding applications Designing social media graphics, posters, and promotional materials using Canva or Adobe Express Using AI tools confidently to support content creation, data analysis, and communications Sharing digital and AI skills with learners in an accessible, empowering way WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Essential: Strong IT and technical skills confident troubleshooting hardware and software, solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and common digital tools Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and venues simultaneously A quick learner who is proactive in developing their own digital knowledge Clear and confident communicator, able to work with diverse stakeholders Experience creating social media graphics or promotional materials (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar) Flexible and solutions-focused, comfortable working in different environments Desirable: Experience in a charity, community, or education setting Knowledge of digital inclusion or employability programmes Familiarity with CRM or data tracking systems WHAT WE OFFER A meaningful role with real social impact in your community A supportive, inclusive, and values-driven team environment Genuine opportunities for professional development and growth Exposure to a wide range of digital, project, and community engagement work The chance to be part of an expanding organisation at an exciting stage of development OUR COMMITMENT TO INCLUSION Women's Wellbeing is an equal opportunities employer.
