Vehicle Technician / Mechanic Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 DOE Lobster Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable automotive business based in Trentham Lakes for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join their growing workshop team.

The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of mechanical, servicing, and diagnostic duties across passenger and light commercial vehicles.

Main Duties Carrying out routine servicing and mechanical repairs Diagnosing vehicle faults using modern diagnostic equipment Completing maintenance work to a high standard Undertaking MOT testing where qualified Performing vehicle inspections and health checks Accurately completing workshop paperwork and service records Working closely with other technicians and workshop staff to ensure deadlines are met Ensuring all work is completed in line with manufacturer and safety standards Working Hours Monday to Friday – 08:30am to 5:00pm Overtime available when required Saturday morning rota on occasion About You To be considered for this role, applicants should have: At least 2 years' experience within a similar Vehicle Technician or Mechanic position NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification A full UK driving licence Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude A reliable and professional approach to work What's on Offer Competitive basic salary depending on experience Bonus and incentive opportunities Pension scheme Ongoing manufacturer and technical training Opportunities for progression within the business Employee reward and recognition programmes Health and wellbeing support Additional Information This position is based fully on-site in Trentham Lakes Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK Employment references may be required as part of the recruitment process Equal Opportunities Lobster Recruitment is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. xwzovoh
