Manage the administration of employee pension plans, including enrolment and contributions. Act as the main point of contact for pension and insurance-related queries. Prepare reports and maintain accurate records related to pension and insurance matters. Collaborate with external providers to ensure smooth management of schemes and policies. Assist in reviewing and updating pension and insurance policies in line with organisational needs. Provide training and communication to employees about their pension and insurance options.Profile A successful Pensions Insurance Advisor should have: Strong knowledge of pension schemes and insurance policies within the transport & distribution sector. Experience in managing employee benefits and related documentation. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A proactive approach to problem-solving and ensuring compliance with regulations.
