Quality Administrator

Are you organised, enjoy working with people and have a good eye for detail? We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Administrator to join on a contract basis.
 
You will be responsible for managing customer complaints, product returns and general requests, making sure everything is recorded correctly and followed up until it is resolved.

Monday– Thursday 8:45am-4:45pm & Friday 8:45am-16:30pm

Job Description

Receiving and recording customer complaints, returns and requests.
Coordinating product returns, replacements and repairs where needed.
Checking customer information and asking for any missing details.
Reviewing outstanding cases and highlighting any delays or issues to the Head of Compliance.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Ability to read and understand customer correspondence, sales orders, invoices, product codes and basic technical information.
Understanding of ISO 9001 and customer complaint handling.
Experience with RMA / return order processes.
Confidence when speaking to customers and colleagues by phone and email.
