Swift Education are working in partnership with a highly regarded specialist SEND school to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic SEND Teacher within key-stage 2 for a permanent position starting in September.

The SEND Teacher Role You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to Key Stage 2 pupils within a specialist SEND setting.
The role requires a creative, adaptable and proactive teacher who can provide a structured and nurturing learning environment tailored to individual needs.
The Ideal Candidate for this SEND Teacher role will have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential Previous experience teaching pupils with SEND, particularly autism Strong behaviour management and communication skills A patient, resilient and positive approach The ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning xwzovoh needs A collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams and families The energy and enthusiasm to participate in a practical, active school environment Due to the nature of the role and the needs of the pupils, candidates should be comfortable working in a physically active setting and be able to support pupils throughout the school day.
