Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will provide high-quality financial advice and guidance to budget holders, ensuring resources are used effectively and decisions are supported by robust financial analysis.
This role is designed to support individuals progressing through a professional finance qualification, offering a structured pathway aligned to experience and development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional financial support and guidance to budget holders across assigned areas (FAUs)
Support effective budget planning, monitoring and forecasting
Deliver clear, insightful financial reports to both finance xwzovoh and non-finance stakeholders
Analyse financial performance and proactively respond to emerging issues
Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities to improve systems and efficiency
Build strong relationships across departments to promote sound financial decision-making
