Do you have experience developing new products from initial concept through to production and commercialisation? Have you worked with a variety of materials and products within a manufacturing environment? Due to continued growth, my client is looking for an R&D Project Engineer to join the team at their state of the art facility in Bingley. This is a key role within the facility and the wider group, you will collaborating with multiple internal teams such as; sales, design, production and other sites. The successful applicant will gather market research, analyse costs, potential risks and strategies for bringing new products to market. You will have the backing of senior management across the site and other facilities in the group to bring plans, projects and products to life. The long term plan for this candidate is to move into a senior position on a group wide basis where you will have enhanced responsibilities, packages and team headcount.
