While the role is primarily office-based, flexible working arrangements may be considered for the right candidate. Auction conveyancing * Drafting loan agreements and legal charges * Transfers of part, including building plots Additional Commercial Property Exposure Although the role is primarily residential conveyancing focused, the department also undertakes a range of commercial property work.
