Equity & Inclusion Lead for Education Systems

Monmouthshire County Council is seeking an Equity and Inclusion Lead to drive system-wide improvement within the Inclusion Team. The role partners with schools, settings and multi-agency colleagues to promote inclusive and high-quality practices that help vulnerable children access education in their local community.

The post focuses on understanding behaviour, wellbeing and inclusion, aiming to reduce exclusion and strengthen capacity across the education system.
