We are looking for a Solutions Design Lead who thrives on change. This high-impact leadership role for someone who wants to own the entire lifecycle, from the first data set to the final go live.

The Role:

Salary: £75,000+ Package
Work Type: Remote
Focus: End-to-End Solutions, CI Rollouts, and Large-Scale Implementation.Key Responsibilities:

Lead the execution of complex solutions projects across functional teams and external vendors to ensure operational viability in real-world environments.
Responsible for the deployment of Continuous Improvement (CI) frameworks across warehouse and transport networks.
Utilising Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, you will drive the transition of underperforming sites into operational benchmarks.
Manage the end-to-end journey from initial network modelling and site assessments to the physical integration of Robotics, Automation, and WMS/TMS platforms.
Act as a senior strategic advisor to executive stakeholders.
leverage data analytics and financial modelling to develop rigorous business cases for multi-million-pound CAPEX investments.
Spearhead major tender responses and manage P&L activity, ensuring all proposed solutions are innovative, commercially viable, and scalable.Ideal Candidate :

A deep understanding of warehouse design, automation, and transport integration, with the ability to navigate the interdependence's within a global supply chain.
Extensive experience managing complex technical integration's and "Go-Live" phases for WMS and automated platforms across the UK and Europe.
A proactive approach to operational health. You focus on implementing sustainable systems and preventative processes rather than short-term fixes.
Highly skilled in managing complex stakeholder relationships and guiding specialist teams through the nuances of large-scale business transformation.
