About the role

A growing residential property services company is seeking experienced Property Handover Cleaners to assist with move-out cleaning appointments across residential homes and apartments.

The role involves carrying out detailed cleans after tenants vacate properties, ensuring homes are ready for inspections and new occupants.

Duties include:

  • Deep cleaning vacant residential properties

  • Cleaning kitchens, ovens, cupboards, and internal surfaces

  • Bathroom sanitising, descaling, and mould removal

  • Cleaning windows, doors, skirting boards, and flooring

  • Preparing properties to professional handover standards

Work Schedule

  • Flexible part-time work, with assignments typically lasting 4–8 hours

  • Work is primarily available Monday to Friday, with regular weekend opportunities

  • Jobs are offered as they become available in your area

  • Please note that this is a part-time role and does not guarantee full-time hours

Pay & Benefits

  • £15 per hour

  • £18 payment per job for the use of your own equipment and cleaning supplies

  • Paid travel time where applicable

  • Client parking costs covered (except where only street parking is available)



  • Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently

  • Own cleaning equipment and supplies required

  • Reliable transport essential

  • Ability to communicate clearly in English
