Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home (EBD) 📍 Dudley / Wolverhampton 💷 Up to £52,000 + Bonus + Benefits Overview We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a new therapeutic 3-bed children’s home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. This is an excellent opportunity to open and develop a service from the ground up, supported by an established and forward-thinking care provider. Key Responsibilities * Oversee the day-to-day running of the home * Lead recruitment, supervision and development of staff * Ensure compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding standards * Deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care * Build a positive, structured and therapeutic environment * Drive continuous improvement and outcomes Essential Criteria * NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People * Minimum 3 years in residential childcare * At least 2 years in a senior/leadership role * Experience supporting young people with EBD * Strong safeguarding knowledge * Full UK Driving Licence Desirable * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management * Experience with Ofsted inspections * Track record of developing teams or improving services What’s on Offer * Salary up to £52,000 (DOE) * Performance bonus * Private healthcare & dental * Pension scheme * Ongoing training & development * Paid birthday leave * Relocation package available
