You'll be responsible for coordinating road freight movements across Europe, liaising with customers, hauliers, and overseas agents while ensuring customs and operational processes run smoothly.

The Role Key Responsibilities Managing European road freight shipments from booking through to delivery Coordinating collections, deliveries, and subcontractors Liaising with customers and overseas partners Handling customs-related processes and documentation Providing shipment updates and resolving operational issues Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers Ensuring compliance with HMRC and transport regulations Supporting the wider operations team where required What We're Looking For Previous experience within road freight forwarding Strong operational knowledge of European transport Customs knowledge would be highly advantageous Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads Strong attention to detail A proactive and solutions-focused attitude Experience using freight forwarding systems is beneficial This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join a business where they can genuinely grow their career and become part of a well-established logistics operation with ambitious expansion plans WR Logistics are the 1 recruitment partner for all vacancies in the logistics industry.
