Warehouse Operative

We're currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives on behalf of a world-leading medical healthcare company based in Sittingbourne. The Role As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be an essential part of the operation, ensuring products are picked, packed, and processed with accuracy and care. Duties include: Using handheld devices for precise order picking in a clean, ambient warehouse. Maintaining and organising stock records. Completing paperwork and updating systems accurately. Supporting colleagues with urgent requests and contributing to process improvements.What's On Offer Pay: £13 per hour (with opportunities to progress). Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Weekly rotation of early (6am-2pm) and late (10am-6pm) shifts. Environment: Clean, safe, and supportive workplace. Reliable and punctual, with a strong team ethic.
