Immediate Start Permanent Contract   SEN Tutor in Outer West London  Up to £34500 per year   Are you an experienced SEND Tutor looking for a permanent role with great pay and a highly supportive environment? Learners are typically Entry 3–Level 2 with additional needs, requiring support to build confidence, independence, and readiness for adulthood. The provision focuses on employability and life skills, helping students gain qualifications and progress towards supported internships through personalised, practical learning. The role involves delivering tailored lessons, assessing progress using RARPA, and supporting learners to develop work-ready skills, including travel training, work experience, and interview preparation.   If you have a proven track record of making a positive impact in a similar setting, apply now!
