Conrad Consulting are excited to be working with a leading refurbishment and fit-out contractor based in Edinburgh who are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team for an upcoming project in the city. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established contractor delivering high-quality refurbishment and fit-out projects across the commercial sector. Key Responsibilities of the Site Manager: Oversee day-to-day site operations from inception through to completion Manage subcontractors, programme, quality, and health & safety on site Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and the wider project team Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation Ensure compliance with all HSE regulations and company procedures Requirements of the Site Manager: Proven experience managing refurbishment and fit-out projects up to £1m in value Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage fast-paced projects and multiple trades on site Valid: SMSTS CSCS Card First Aid Certificate What’s on Offer for the Site Manager: Competitive salary of between £50,000 - £60,000 and benefits package depending on experience Opportunity to work with a respected contractor with a strong pipeline of work Supportive and professional working environment Long-term career progression opportunities If you are an experienced Site Manager with a background in refurbishment and fit-out projects and are looking for your next opportunity in Edinburgh, we would be keen to hear from you
