Recruitment Coordinator

We are looking for Recruiter in Glasgow, Scotland area to be working remotely while supporting our sales team. Working directly for CDS Labour are you looking for a new position in Recruitment? As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our temporary workforce, managing the daily staffing requirements. Efficiently and professionally you will need to recruit and register candidate. Completing the paperwork and ensuring the compliance. Talking temps to work and brining them home again. You will need a full UK driving license and no more than 6 points. Key Responsibilities * Maintaining recruitment levels required to meet daily order requirements * Working closely with the service team to ensure orders and transport plans are accurately created * Scheduling rotas for temporary workers (shift times, locations, PPE requirements, etc.) * Providing guidance and ongoing support to temporary workers * Carrying out onsite duties at customer locations, including: * Resolving customer issues * Confirming workers are present and on shift * Managing other onsite requirements as needed Requirements * Full UK driving licence * Previous experience in a recruitment role (preferred) * Strong organisational and communication skills * Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple priorities What we offer * £600 per week basic salary * Generous commission structure – your hard work is directly rewarded * Weekly pay * Company vehicle and fuel card * Overtime and additional earning potential * Ongoing progression and development opportunities within a rapidly growing business Working Hours * 5 days of 7 * Weekend availability required Additional Information * Remote recruitment available – registration can be completed at a convenient location near you * Work location: In person How to Apply If you’re interested, please forward your CV by clicking the link below and we will call you
