£50 per sleep-in paid on top

Your responsibilities as Residential Support Worker at Compass
Assist young people with daily routines, education and activities
Build strong, positive relationships that create trust and stability
Help maintain a safe, structured and supportive home environment
Assist with care plans, routines and developmental goals
Contribute to shift coordination and support less experienced staff where required
Complete reports, records and day-to-day household responsibilities
What we’re looking for in a Residential Support Worker
Previous experience in residential childcare or supporting young people
Understanding of safeguarding and care planning processes
Experience working within structured residential or care environments
Ability to support or guide others within a team setting
Willingness to complete relevant childcare qualifications
Working hours: Shift work including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins
