Management Accountant (PQ OR Qual) Up to £55,000 per annum plus bonus Monday – Friday, Office Based Southam, Warwickshire Are you a confident finance professional with strong end‑to‑end accounting experience? We’re supporting a Southam‑based business seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their growing finance team. This is a permanent, office‑based role offering variety, responsibility, and a brilliant benefits package. So what would you be doing? – Preparing monthly accounts to Trial Balance – Completing VAT returns and ensuring full compliance – Managing accruals, prepayments, journals, and balance sheet reconciliations – Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles – Producing financial reports, analysis, and commentary for senior management – Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring strong internal controls – Working closely with operational teams to support decision‑making – Assisting with year‑end processes and external audits And what do you get? – Up to £55,000 salary – 8% annual bonus – 25 days holiday plus bank holidays – 6% contributory pension scheme – Life insurance scheme – Health cover scheme – Discounted gym memberships But what experience do you need? – Previous experience in a Management Accountant or Assistant Financial Controller role – Strong understanding of VAT, journals, reconciliations, and month‑end processes – Confident producing accounts up to Trial Balance – Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail – Strong communication skills and the ability to explain financial information clearly – Comfortable using finance systems and Excel – A proactive, analytical, and solutions‑focused approach If this sounds like the role for you, then APPLY NOW.
