Production Operative

Production Operative Location: Warrington We are recruiting a Production Operative to join a well‑established UK manufacturing environment based in Warrington. This is a hands‑on, temp‑to‑perm opportunity with long‑term prospects, structured training, and progression once permanent. Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:15am - 4:30pm Friday: 8:15am - 3:30pm Early finish every Friday Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Pay increase once permanent, following full machine training and skill development The Role: As a Production Operative, you'll be involved in the manufacture and assembly of products in a factory setting. Key duties include: General production and labouring tasks Building and assembling components Using hand tools and basic machinery Assisting with cutting, drilling, fixing, sealing, and finishing components Carrying out basic quality checks to ensure products meet specifications Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe Supporting different stages of the manufacturing process as required What We're Looking For: Previous general labouring, production, or manufacturing experience Confident with hands‑on, physical work Comfortable using tools and working with materials Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Good attention to detail Ability to work well as part of a team Willingness to learn new skills and processes What's On Offer: Temp‑to‑perm opportunity with long‑term stability Full training on all machinery once permanent Clear progression with pay increases as skills develop Monday-Friday role with no weekend working Early finish every Friday Opportunity to build a long‑term career in manufacturing If you're interested in this role, please apply to the job advert above and one of our consultants will be in contact if you're application is successful.
