Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-performance interconnection cables and assemblies, based in Mansfield. Their products are built using very small, delicate components designed for precision and reliability. We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Assembly Operative to join the team. The role involves handling very small parts, requiring careful attention. You'll help ensure that every unit meets the company’s high quality and performance standards. Key Responsibilities: • Assemble small and delicate components with accuracy and care • Follow detailed instructions to meet technical specifications • Use tools such as tweezers, crimpers, and soldering irons • Maintain consistent quality and meet daily production targets • Work closely with colleagues to support team output • Maintain a clean and safe work area Skills and Experience: • Previous experience in production or assembly work is preferred • Comfortable working with microscopic or miniature components • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused • Punctual, trustworthy, and a positive team player How to Apply: Please click apply or send your CV to (url removed) Proactive Staff is an equal opportunities Recruitment Business advertising on behalf of our client
