Benefits: * Competitive Salary: c£59,000 * Paid Overtime at Premium Rates * Company Funded Pension * Onsite Parking * Exposure to a Technically Diverse Environment * Opportunities for Career Advancement within a Stable Organisation Duties of a Maintenance Supervisor: As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be required to lead the maintenance team on shift ensuring that PM’s are undertaken to schedule whilst also managing breakdown situations, which will require you to have experience of supporting plant and equipment within either a manufacturing or production environment. Requirements of a Maintenance Supervisor You must have proven experience in undertaking planned and reactive maintenance to plant and equipment which must include either CNC applications, Robot cells or Plc controls. And either currently hold a supervisory post or hold a lead maintenance role where you have had some exposure to managing PM activity, issuing permits, organising contractors and mentoring apprentices. Allied to having undertaken a formal apprenticeship and hold either City & Guilds or NVQ 3 accreditation within an Electrical or Mechatronic discipline. The Maintenance Supervisor role is commutable from Worcester, Warndon, Northwick, Hallow & Ombersley. Please Note: Candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK.
