Cover Supervisor

Cover Supervisor – Inspire, Support, Empower Are you passionate about making a real difference in young people’s lives? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Cover Supervisor to join our team, supporting pupils aged 11 to 19 with a diagnosis of Autism. In this rewarding role, you will lead and deliver lessons in the absence of teaching staff, ensuring continuity of learning while adapting approaches to meet the diverse needs of our pupils. You will play a vital part in creating a calm, structured, and engaging learning environment where every young person feels understood, supported, and able to succeed. The school offers an exciting, tailored curriculum delivered by a committed staff team, and work closely with families to build strong partnerships that support each pupil’s development. We are looking for someone who: * Has a genuine interest in supporting pupils with Autism * Can confidently lead learning and manage a classroom environment * Is patient, adaptable, and empathetic * Values teamwork and strong communication with colleagues and families In return, we offer a supportive and collaborative environment, ongoing professional development, and the opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact.
