An established and expanding company in Leeds is looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to support increased demand and a growing order book. The role Working closely with sales, production, and engineering, you will manage projects from order through to delivery—ensuring customer expectations are met while maintaining margins and delivery performance. Key responsibilities include: * Managing contracts post-order from initiation through to completion * Reviewing project scope, identifying risks, and planning mitigations * Coordinating with internal teams to agree delivery programmes * Monitoring contract performance and providing regular updates * Managing documentation, drawings, and project information * Supporting customer meetings and site visits where required * Maintaining and maximising project margins What they’re looking for * Experience in a contracts, projects, or order fulfilment role within manufacturing * Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities * Confident problem-solving and communication skills * Good attention to detail and systems experience What’s on offer * Circa £42,000 salary * Quarterly profit-related bonus * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Pension, healthcare and wellbeing support * On-site parking + EV scheme This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to step into a growing business, take ownership of projects, and be financially rewarded for performance
