HLTA Part Time

HLTA - required for PPA cover - (Part time considered) We are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to provide classroom support and PPA Cover within an SEN School in Bournemouth. Key Responsibilities and Duties - Teaching & Learning: Delivering high-quality lessons across different classes/year groups as needed. Planning: Preparing lessons and resources in line with school policies, often in collaboration with class teachers. Assessment & Recording: Assessing, recording, and reporting on pupil development, progress, and attainment. Classroom Management: Maintaining a positive, safe, and productive learning environment, including managing student behaviour. Support: Providing feedback to class teachers on student progress after sessions. Specialism: Often managing a specialist area, such as PE, Music, or Art, across the school. Why Join Zen Educate?
