You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.This person will be an integral part of the Institutional Product Marketing team focusing on developing our sales material by crafting impactful messaging focusing on product selling points, market themes, and key competitive advantages. This candidate will focus on product marketing for our infrastructure and real assets business — leading product launches and fundraising support. The ideal candidate will be able to “connect the dots” between investor needs, market trends, and business goals to generate ideas and, ultimately, compelling content. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join an established and strong team in a dynamic and growth driving part of the business.The ideal candidate is someone who is:Has experience generating sales collateral for complex investment concepts into engaging contentCan drive conversations with key partners around messaging, marketing collateral, and investment themesBrings strong content development and project management experience, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.Demonstrates outstanding collaboration skills, working optimally across functions and with partners at all levels of the organization.High level of initiative and comfortable in a fast past environmentVery detail orientedSense of humor, great teammate, upbeatWhat you will do:Build and implement marketing content for new product launches. Includes participation in product planning discussions, development and execution of communication plans, and development and production of materials. Support end‑to‑end product launch workflows by leading the development of core launch deliverables such as the presentation, factsheet, DDQ, PPM content, and other items as needed.Drives conversations with key partners to define product messaging across all marketing collateral. Conduct competitor and market research as needed to inform product positioning and messaging.Work closely with product specialists, investment, operations, IR, compliance, data, and legal teamsDevelop content for external webcasts, events, product insights, and sales emails to facilitate communication between launches and contribute to product fundraising efforts.Own the execution of targeted GTM initiatives for assigned strategy(s) aligned to strategic firmwide priorities.Own messaging frameworks, archetype narratives, and insight materials.Work with external legal counsel on materials supporting launches and fund closes including PPM supplementsEnsure a consistent message, tone, and brand across all marketing materialsAnd other responsibilities as requiredWhat you bring:Experience developing marketing materials and content with an institutional asset management focusSolid understanding of marketing communication practices and relationship management processDemonstrated comfort delivering guidance to senior partners and investment professionalsSolid knowledge of financial markets, infrastructure and real assets experience is a plusFamiliarity with investment concepts and high level of comfort with numbers and analysisFamiliarity and understanding of nuances within private markets clientsProven business writing ability with excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills. Maintain a strong attention to detail and quality control across all deliverables.Ability to independently analyze information and solve problemsEducation Preferred:Bachelor of Arts (B.A) or equivalent experienceBachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experienceExperience:5-8 years experience#LI-HybridSummaryLocation: LondonType: Full time
